Kayla is an 11-month-old pup with a heart full of sweetness! She adores being by her family's side and has a wonderful track record with kids and cats. Kayla is still mastering her independence and can get a bit anxious when left alone, which has led to a few accidents in her kennel. We're working on that with her, and with a little patience and consistency, she'll get there! She's also a bit protective of her food around other dogs, so we're feeding her separately for now. Because of this, she might do best as the only dog in the home, or with an experienced owner who can help her learn how to share.

Ideal Home

Kayla would thrive in a home where she can be close to her family. She's already shown she's great with kids and cats! She needs a patient home that can help her with separation anxiety and her food guarding tendencies with other dogs.
