DOM

Dom is a sweet, young male Labrador Retriever mix who is ready to find his forever person. He thrives on affection and wants nothing more than to be by your side, feeling like a true member of the family. Dom is incredibly friendly and greets everyone he meets with a wagging tail. He's shown a great, positive energy towards children and is non-reactive to neighborhood sights and sounds like scooters. Walks are a joy with Dom, as he is also non-reactive to other dogs he encounters.

Ideal Home

Dom is a true "lap dog" at heart, though he might be a bit unaware of his own size! He would love a home where he can be close to his people. He's already proven himself to be trustworthy in a fenced yard, happily exploring before returning to wait patiently at the door.

Training & Support

This smart boy already knows "drop it" and will happily bring his toys back for more playtime. He's also a pro at playing fetch and tug-of-war. Dom takes treats gently and can even catch them in the air! He walks wonderfully on leash, frequently checking back with his handler. He's also crate-trained and can comfortably spend 8+ hours in his crate without issue. Dom is a quiet companion, so much so that his foster has yet to hear him bark. He entertains himself with his toys and has a cute, goofy personality that's sure to bring smiles.
