Scout is a charming mixed-breed dog ready to find his forever home! He's full of potential and eager to become a beloved member of a family. Rescued from animal control, Scout's exact breed mix is an educated guess based on his appearance, and like all mixed breeds, he embodies a wonderful combination of traits that make him unique. Ideal Home
Scout would thrive in a home where he can receive continued socialization, consistency, and training. It is the adopter's responsibility to confirm pet approval with landlords, property management, HOAs, or roommates prior to adopting.
Ongoing Health
All pets have been exposed to kennel cough/respiratory illness in a kennel environment. Kennel cough is a virus and can spread even among vaccinated dogs. Scout is current on vaccinations, but illness can still be dormant. This information is shared for full transparency, as immune responses vary. Scout has been neutered.
Training & Support
Scout will benefit from continued socialization, consistency, and training to help him grow into an obedient, well-rounded family member.

- A digital adoption contract will be completed on site if you decide to adopt.
- A valid form of photo ID is required at the time of adoption.
- If approved, your pet goes home the same day.
- Pets cannot be adopted prior to the adoption event.
- We do not place pets on hold or allow later pick-ups.
- Accepted payments include Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash.
Transportation
Scout is available for adoption at the Oviedo Mall, 1320 Oviedo Mall Blvd, Oviedo, FL 32765 during the Friday adoption event on July 10th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Personal pets are not permitted inside the mall; only service animals are allowed. Once adopted, the adopter must exit the mall immediately with their new pet. Please park at the Movie Theater entrance. Look for Save A Life signage.
