I am so excited to finally meet you, my future family! My name is Phil, but my foster mom sometimes calls me Philbert or No Philter Phil. I have the best Gremlin ears that almost never go down! I was found on a little walkabout before coming to Save-A-Bull. I've had quite the adventure in my time with fosters and am so grateful for the love and care I've received. Now it's time for me to give back to a great family!
Ideal Home
My ideal home would have me as the only dog, so I can have all the attention! I love to watch the world go by from comfy spots, whether looking out a window or snuggling up. I also enjoy being out with my people and am an excellent backseat driver, so road trips are a must!

Training & Support
I'm crate trained and sleep in my crate at night, which is super comfy! I'm still working on being patient with being left alone, but my foster mom is a professional dog trainer and is helping me build confidence. I'm good at sitting and am learning "leave it," "stay," and heeling. Boundary training is going well, and I'm easy to train because I love working for treats. I have learned that a quick "uh uh" means I'm doing something sneaky and should probably stop. I'm not meant to be every dog's friend, but I might like some dogs if given time and slow introductions. I'm also working on bell training for potty breaks. I haven't chewed or destroyed anything in the house. I might be good at scent work and am still figuring out how to play with toys, but I do enjoy squeaky stuffed animals.
