Tipper Tater is a 1-year-old, approximately 14 lb bundle of charm, possibly a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix, though breed and age are never guaranteed with rescues. He's a true gentle soul with striking looks, featuring one warm brown eye and one captivating ocean-blue eye, all framed by the most expressive, adorable ears you've ever seen! Tipper's a quiet observer who prefers to take his time getting to know people. He's not one for immediate grand gestures, but when he chooses to trust you, it's incredibly meaningful. He's a "slow burn" kind of dog, and his adopters will be rewarded with a deeply loyal and loving companion.
Ideal Home
Tipper would thrive in a calm, lower-energy home where he won't be rushed. He needs a predictable routine and kind people who will allow him to move at his own pace. A home with a yard would be a better fit for him than apartment living, and he'd do best in an environment with less hustle and bustle.
Ongoing Health
Tipper has no known ongoing health concerns.
Training & Support
Tipper is crate trained and very quiet when in his crate. He is also potty trained. He enjoys treats and takes them very gently. While he shows interest in toys, he's still figuring out how to play with them, which is an adorable part of his learning process. His sensitive nature means he benefits from patient encouragement and celebrating small victories as he gains confidence.
