Obi

Meet Obi! This handsome fellow is a 52 lb Boxer, Rottweiler, and Pit Bull mix who was born in November 2025. Obi has already graduated from a 6-week board-and-train program and is eager to find his forever family! He's a smart boy who is potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained. He has a fantastic foundation in obedience and knows how to heel, place, sit, lie down, and hold a down-stay. Obi is ready to continue learning with a family that will consistently reinforce his training.

Obi is a young, energetic pup in his prime and would thrive with an active family who understands his need for both physical and mental exercise. Daily walks, hikes, games of fetch, and training sessions are important for his success. He truly wants to engage with his person and be part of the action, so just putting him in the backyard won't be enough to keep him happy.

Ideal Home

Obi would do best in a home without young children. While he is a sweet boy, he is still a big, energetic puppy who is learning his manners and doesn't always realize his size. He gets along well with other dogs and cats and is not aggressive, but his playful energy can be a bit much for some animals. A tolerant canine companion or a home where he can continue learning appropriate play would be ideal.
