PJ

PJ is a 13-year-old, 65-pound sweetheart who has truly blossomed in his foster home! He's transformed from a shy introvert into a confident, happy boy who loves his new routine of exercise and attention. PJ is gentle, food-motivated, and a champion snuggler who deserves a comfy home to enjoy his golden years.

Ideal Home

PJ would love a home where he can continue his routine of exercise and enjoy his favorite spots on the chair, sofa, or bed. He gets along wonderfully with dogs and is indifferent to cats.

Ongoing Health

PJ is in great shape for a senior dog. He has thick toenails and a few warts and skin tags, but his coat is sleek and shiny, and he has striking mismatched eyes – one brown and one blue.

Training & Support

While PJ may not have had much formal training in the past, he is incredibly smart, observant, and an eager learner. He picks up on body language and hand signals quickly. He is crate-trained and housebroken and lets you know when he needs to go out. He sleeps through the night and can hold it for a few hours when left alone.

• The adoption fee for adult dogs (seven months and older) is $250.
• All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption.
• If you have an existing dog at home, we recommend bringing them along to meet your possible new family member.

PJ is currently in a foster home. Appointments are recommended due to this.
