Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- After we review your completed survey, we will contact you by phone or email within three business days.
- Please note- we are closed on Sunday and Monday and will not be processing any applications on those days.
- An adoption counselor and client will then have a conversation to answer questions, discuss any medical needs for the pet and determine the suitability of a match.
- After a match is made, clients will be asked to sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee online.
- The adoption counselor will then set up a specific appointment time and location.
- Adopters should bring a pet carrier and/or a leash to pick up and their ID. Adult pets will be wearing a collar.
Transporation
Adoptions can be scheduled at Pet Central Helps!, PetSmart - Bloomington, IL, or the Cat's Meow Cafe. Further details on pickup locations will be provided upon scheduling.
