Meet Pinto Bean - Our Little French Peanut with a Big Personality!
Pinto Bean's story began with heartbreak but quickly turned into hope. This adorable French Bulldog mix came into rescue after being struck by a car. Thankfully, a kind Good Samaritan rushed him to a local veterinary clinic, one of the trusted veterinarians Saving Pups of Texas works closely with. Knowing our rescue specializes in medical cases, the clinic reached out to us, and we were honored to help this sweet boy begin his journey to recovery.
Approximately 1 1/2 years old, Pinto Bean has proven that nothing can dim his joyful spirit. Despite everything he has been through, he greets each day with a smile, a happy little snort, and endless enthusiasm for life. He truly has never met a human or canine he considers a stranger, and his cheerful personality brings laughter and happiness everywhere he goes. Pinto Bean is affectionate, playful, and full of character. Whether he's making his rounds to greet everyone in the house, playing with his dog friends, or simply snuggling beside his people, this little guy lives life with pure joy. He loves toys of all kinds, travels well in the car, and always keeps everyone smiling with his adorable antics.
Ideal Home
Pinto Bean thrives with companionship and routine and would do best in a home filled with love and plenty of opportunities to be included in everyday life. Whether you're looking for a playful adventure buddy or a snuggly couch companion, Pinto Bean is happy to be both. He is good with both adults and children. He is good with other dogs, but we are unsure about cats.
Ongoing Health
Pinto Bean has undergone significant medical care and is now on the road to recovery. He has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He received ProHeart 12, offering one full year of heartworm prevention. Pinto Bean also successfully underwent brachycephalic airway surgery to improve his breathing and orthopedic surgery following his accident.
Training & Support
Pinto Bean is already crate trained, potty trained, and walks nicely on a leash. His easygoing personality makes him an easy companion to love and a wonderful fit for many different types of homes.

Transporation
Pinto Bean is currently fostered in Houston, Texas. Transport is available for out-of-state adopters for an additional $250 fee, utilizing USDA-certified transport teams.
