Sebastian, a 9-week-old male Chihuahua/Terrier mix, is a sweet and gentle pup who was found abandoned with his littermates in Houston. Weighing in at about 3 pounds, he's a little guy with a big heart, preferring cozy cuddles over chaos and earning him the nickname of the group's number one snuggler. He's a quiet, loving companion who is happiest when curled up in your arms.
Ideal Home
Sebastian is looking for a family that can help him grow into a confident and well-mannered adult dog. He is expected to do well with children, cats, and other dogs, but due to his small size, any resident pets should be gentle and experienced with very small dogs, and all interactions should be supervised. As he is still very young, he cannot be left alone for long periods and needs a home where someone is present more often than not for socialization, training, and care. Homes where adults work outside the home for more than 4 hours at a time will not be considered unless there is another adult available to care for him during the day.
Ongoing Health
No specific health conditions are noted in his description.
Training & Support
Sebastian is still learning potty and crate training, and his new family should be prepared to continue consistent training with positive reinforcement and patience. He thrives with structure, routine, and supervision.
