Ma’am Sapphire

Ma'am Sapphire is a truly special gem, a 2-year-old Lab/Kelpie mix who weighs around 48 pounds. She was found as a stray with a leg that unfortunately couldn't be saved, but you'd never know it by the way she moves and runs with such confidence and grace! Her foster mom describes her as mesmerizing, with a kind and welcoming gaze that melts hearts. She's a precious girl who is sure to charm her way into your life. Ma'am is leash, crate, and house-trained and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She's also been great with the adults and children she's met. She's far from helpless and is looking for a very lucky family to call her own. She loves treats, toys, and being included in all the fun! You'll be amazed to know she's bilingual, understanding both English and Spanish commands, and she even knows how to give a high five! Ma'am enjoys dressing up, going for car rides, lounging on comfy beds, playing with toys, and going for walks. She's a gentle teddy bear, though she will chase cats, so a cat-free home would be best.

A home that will cherish her and include her in family activities. A home without cats is recommended.
