Calvin

Hi there! My name is Calvin, and I'm a two-year-old Pit Bull and Australian Cattle Dog mix. My DNA test confirmed it, and I'm here to tell you I'm the perfect blend of both! I love to cuddle like a Pittie and have the spunk of a cattle dog. I enjoy playing tug with my foster siblings and parents, and my absolute favorite game is flirt pole – I just love to chase! When I need a break, you can find me sunbathing on my foster mom's inflatable hot tub. I also love exploring new places and have wonderful manners when I do.

After some training, I now walk really well on a leash. While the cattle dog in me sometimes wants to herd cars, I know some cool commands that help me maintain good manners when we're out and about. I can be a little mouthy during play, but that's just my cattle dog side showing! I'm crate trained, house trained, know basic obedience commands, and I'm a happy, fun-loving dude just looking for my forever home.

Ideal Home

I'd love a home with other dogs, preferably female and more laid-back pups, but I'm also happy to be your one and only canine companion. However, I'm not a fan of feline friends.

Ongoing Health

I'm fully vetted, neutered, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations and microchipped.

Training & Support

I'm house-trained and crate-trained and know basic obedience commands. I can be a little mouthy when I play, which is typical of my cattle dog heritage, but with consistent guidance, I'm a quick learner!
