About REX, a.k.a Rexie the Bestie, a volunteer FAV

Meet Rex, also known as Rexie the Bestie! This bubbly and outgoing 68lb Black Lab mix, estimated to be born in September 2020, is an absolute favorite among our volunteers. Rex loves to play, is eager to please for a treat, and adores spending time with his people. He's a champion snuggler who believes he's a lap dog, no matter his nearly 70lb frame! Rex was rescued as a stray and is now ready to find his forever home after a tough start in life. He's done wonderfully at adoption events, including a lively watch party at a local bar and a relaxed dinner out at a dog-friendly restaurant with his best buddy, Bambi.

Ideal Home

Rex would thrive in a home where he can share his abundant love.

Ongoing Health

Rex is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.

Training & Support

Rex is kennel and potty trained. He is dog selective, preferring female dogs, and friendly with proper introductions.
