Moose is a very good boy with a huge heart! Even though he's currently dealing with two broken legs, he does his best to stay close to his foster mom. If he had his way, he'd be in your lap all day long, making him an excellent TV buddy for naps in the recliner.
Moose is taking things slow while he waits for surgery. He has a cast on one back leg and an injured front leg, and he takes his pain medication twice a day like a champ. Even with his current challenges, he remains gentle and sweet. He enjoys watching his foster siblings play and can't wait for the day he can join them in the yard again. He doesn't bark much and is house-trained with a little help getting outside. Moose is also crate-trained and enjoys his chew toys, tasty treats, hugs, kisses, and dinner time. Being near his person makes him feel safe, so he doesn't like being alone for long.
Ideal Home
Moose would be happiest with someone who works from home or is retired and can keep him company while he heals.
