Lucas

Lucas is a charming 13# Miniature Pinscher mix with a birthday around November 15, 2018. He's a resilient fellow who found himself back in foster care after three years with his previous family. While he can have a bit of a bossy streak, he's a low-maintenance companion who enjoys napping, getting excited for meals, and potty breaks. Lucas is happy-go-lucky and generally a pleasure to have around.

Ideal Home

Lucas would do best in an adult-only home. He can be the only dog or live with gentle canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Lucas is a bit sensitive about his hind leg due to a past accident and may benefit from pain medication or joint support. His ears and tail are also irritated, and he's sensitive about them being touched, though he tolerates ointment application. His vaccines are due in November 2024; if an adopter is interested, his foster will aim to get him to the vet for an update.

Training & Support

Lucas can be a little bossy, which is something to be mindful of. He is good in the car and enjoys short walks.
