Sweet as chocolate and smooth like peanut butter, Vivie Anna is the sweetest treat you didn't know you were craving! This 3-year-old Labrador and Staffordshire mix, weighing in at 70 lbs, has the most soulful eyes and a warm, peanut butter brown coat that will melt your heart. She knows how to work her puppy dog eyes to get what she wants and will put you in a trance with her cuteness. Vivie Anna loves walks, car rides, puddles, and especially ice cream! If you open the freezer, she'll come trotting over in hopes of a sweet treat. She's a quick learner and will do anything for a tasty snack, already knowing how to sit, and is both crate and potty trained. After an initial burst of excitement, she has fantastic leash manners, though she can be distracted by squirrels, so a patient owner who can help her focus will be ideal.
Vivie Anna's fur is like velvet and she lives for belly rubs. She absolutely loves being outside, especially in her foster parents' swimming pool, making her a true water lover. She's also a wonderful car rider and would love to go on beach trips with you. She's very dog-friendly and has a wonderfully balanced energy, able to be playful or relaxed depending on her canine companions. Vivie Anna would do best in a home with another dog her size or slightly bigger and would prefer a kitty-free environment.
Ideal Home
Vivie Anna would do best in a home with older children (10+) as she can be a bit clumsy and easily knock over little ones. She would also love a yard with some green grass to play in and bounce around. A home where she can be your work-from-home buddy would be purrfect, as she's not clingy and enjoys a good nap, though she does get the zoomies and enjoys playtime once the sun goes down.

Training & Support
Vivie Anna is crate trained and potty trained. She has fantastic leash manners after an initial burst of excitement. She can be slow to warm up to new people but is friendly and loving overall.

Transporation
Vivie Anna is located in Texas and can be transported to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada (Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT). Transport is provided on USDA licensed vehicles with 24/7 care, and adopters can follow along on a private Facebook event page. There is an additional $87 surcharge for transport.
