Meet Manny! This sweet, soft-natured, gentle, and happy 1-year-old is made of love and honey. He's incredibly friendly and affectionate toward everyone he meets, forming connections wherever he goes. While he may be a little timid for the first few minutes, he quickly becomes your best friend. Manny has been raised with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as farm critters, birds, turtles, and rabbits. He has a soulful, playful, loving, and deeply trusting personality, and his best friend nature touches everyone he meets.
Manny loves to play, go for walks, and participate in group play sessions, thriving in large play groups. He also enjoys car rides, visiting friends, and attending community gatherings. He interacts respectfully and friendly with new dogs, walks exceptionally well on a leash, and loves exploring trails, hiking, and water adventures. You'll adore his silky soft fur! Manny is house-trained and crate-trained, showing a strong desire to please, making training fun and easy.
Ideal Home
Manny does well with children of all ages. His ideal home would be active, with other playful dogs, and someone who can nurture his gentle side while continuing to explore training opportunities and enjoy mini outdoor adventures. A fenced yard is preferred, along with daily walks to explore the neighborhood and make new friends. On quieter days, Manny is the perfect Netflix buddy, content to chill at home with family, enjoying snuggles and cuddles while watching your favorite shows.
Ongoing Health
All of Manny's age-appropriate medical needs have been addressed, including vaccinations, testing, and preventative care. All veterinary records will be included.
Training & Support
Training is an ongoing journey that requires daily attention; new challenges and opportunities for learning arise routinely and should be embraced. Continued training is vital to setting Manny up for lifelong success.

- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- The review of adoption applications, meet and greet, and citation can take up to three weeks.
- A minimum of one meet-and-greet session with dogs is required before adoption. We can accommodate more per request.
- A home visit with the adoptable pet upon adoption.
- Out-of-state adopters are welcome at their own expense.
- Adoption fees are payable at the time of adoption.
- Payment plans are not available.
- For former Wags adopters, a donation of your choice is appreciated, but no formal adoption fee is required.
Transportation
Manny is currently fostered in Indianapolis, IN. Travel to adopters may be possible at the adopter's expense, with a minimum charge of $35 up to $85 in addition to the adoption fee. Depending on how many meet and greets and the distance. Travel fee is due when the meet and greet is scheduled. We DO NOT ship our adoptable pets.
