Meet Pup Georgie! This handsome 5-6 month old Catahoula/Hound mix is about 30 lbs and has a stunning brindle and white spotted coat that truly makes him stand out. Georgie was rescued from a crowded shelter in Alabama and is now ready to find the loving forever home he deserves. He's an extremely sweet puppy who loves making new friends and gets along great with other dogs. At his young age, Georgie is in the perfect stage for training, socialization, and learning all the skills he'll need to become an amazing lifelong companion. Ideal Home

Georgie is a young puppy who would thrive in a home ready to invest time in his training and socialization.

Ongoing Health

All vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention (if old enough), and monthly flea/tick prevention are covered. Georgie will also have his spay/neuter surgery covered by the rescue at 6 months of age at their partner vet, or they will reimburse the adopter up to the partner vet's cost if done at an outside vet.

Training & Support

Georgie will require a refresher in house-training. Obedience training is strongly recommended for an easier transition into a new home, to ensure he remains well-socialized, and to help form a bond between the dog and his new family.
