I’m Baxter, a 1-year-old pup with a big heart and a happy spirit, and I’ve got a signature strut that’s sure to charm you! I recently had FHO surgery on my hip, which means my walk is a little unique now, but I think it just adds to my cool factor. I’m healthy, playful, and always ready for some love. I adore people and will be right there with soft eyes and a wagging tail, hoping for pets or a cuddle. I love to gently lean into you – it’s my way of saying “thanks for being my friend.” I’m currently waiting for a mass removal just to be safe, and until then, I’d love to relax in a cozy foster home!
