Meet Pepe!

Yes, he's named after Pepe Le Pew... but don't worry, the only thing this little guy is guilty of is stealing hearts. Pepe is the runt of the litter, and while he may be the smallest, he certainly doesn't let that stop him. With his adorably short little legs pumping as fast as they can, he's determined to keep up with the rest of the doodle crew. Watching him race after his siblings is guaranteed to make you smile. Pepe came to us from the Benewah County hoarding case when he was just 5 to 6 weeks old. His start in life wasn't easy, but he's grown into a happy, playful little puppy who just needs a minute to decide you're one of the good humans. His DNA says he's mostly Miniature Poodle with a mix of Australian Shepherd, Miniature American Shepherd, and a few mystery breeds that may explain those irresistibly short little legs. Momma, Anna Banana, weighs just 19 pounds, and we expect Pepe to stay around that size.

Pepe would love a home with another friendly, playful dog to help continue building his confidence.

Pepe is a healthy puppy.

Training & Support

Pepe is working hard on potty training and making great progress. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give him a little patience and he'll soon be curled up in your lap. He loves toys and enjoys romping around with his siblings. He's active and playful, doing everything he can to keep up with the bigger puppies... and somehow, he usually does.
