Meet Ike!
Ike is a goofy, lovable Labrador Retriever mix whose favorite thing in the world is being with people. He has never met a stranger and believes everyone is a potential best friend! This happy-go-lucky guy is full of classic Lab enthusiasm and would love a family that enjoys walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. Ike is still learning that personal space exists and may occasionally forget just how big he is, but his affectionate nature and eagerness to please make him a great candidate for continued training. Ike's promise: "I might not fit in your lap, but I'm going to try anyway—and I'll make you smile every day." If you're looking for a loyal companion with a big heart and an even bigger personality, Ike is ready to meet you!

Ongoing Health
Ike has received vetting including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, as well as flea and heartworm prevention and testing. He is also microchipped and has been spayed/neutered.
Training & Support
Ike is still learning about personal space and may forget how big he is, but he is eager to please and a great candidate for continued training. We know our dogs very well and have spent countless hours with them, learning all of their quirks and goofy personalities. Our goal is to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts and just want someone to be understanding with them, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be!

Transportation
Ike is located at our Angleton, Texas location. He is available for transportation to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN & OH at predetermined locations and times. Private custom transport routes and destinations are available upon request and will incur an additional fee. Pickup at our Angleton, Tx location is $75.
