Rufus

Rufus is a charming 1.8-year-old mixed breed, a blend of Lab and Cattle Dog, with a heart full of sweetness. He was rescued from a Texas kill shelter just in time and is now looking for his forever home. Rufus is incredibly social, doing wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and showing no aggression towards farm animals. He even enjoys gently greeting pigs! He's a joy to walk, being calm and attentive on leash, and he showers his people with affection and kisses.

Ongoing Health

Rufus is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. He is heartworm positive but has already begun slow-kill treatment.

Rufus is a well-behaved boy who is described as calm, attentive, and eager to please on walks.
