Meatball

Meatball is a sweet 6-year-old, 35 lb bully mix who was found abandoned and in rough shape. Despite her difficult past, she's a loving and energetic girl who's ready to find her forever family. Meatball is doing wonderfully in foster care and is eager to share her love and spunk with her new people.

Ideal Home

Meatball would thrive in a home that can provide her with continued training and a consistent routine. She has lived with both dogs and cats and done well with them.

Ongoing Health

Meatball has arthritis and hip dysplasia due to past injuries. Surgery is not recommended for her knees, but she is doing well on daily joint supplements (Dasuquin), which should continue throughout her life.

Training & Support

Meatball is a quick learner and her fosters have already taught her "leave it" and "sit." She enjoys her crate and is quiet and content when inside it, sleeping there at night and during the day. Continued structure and routine will help her continue to succeed.
