Moose

Meet Moose, a charming 1-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who weighs 52 pounds. He's a wonderfully sweet and affectionate boy who absolutely adores people and gets along famously with other dogs. While Moose is curious about cats, he's still learning how to best interact with them.

Moose is a dog who truly enjoys life's simple pleasures. You can often find him out and about at coffee shops, enjoying leisurely car rides, and going on long, sniffy walks. He's a big fan of squeaky plush toys, soaking up the sun, and most importantly, those delightful belly rubs.

He's already a pro at being potty and kennel trained, and he's a smart cookie who knows commands like place, sit, down, middle, paw, wait, and free. Moose is eager to learn and thrives when he has a bit of structure. He's currently working on perfecting his loose-leash walking skills. He's making great progress every day, though he can get a little too excited about squirrels – he's convinced they just want to be friends, and sometimes forgets his manners in his enthusiasm!

Ideal Home

Moose would thrive with an active family who loves the outdoors and wants to include him in all of their adventures. He'll do best with continued guidance and a loving hand.

Moose is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Moose is working on loose-leash walking and can sometimes get overexcited by squirrels. With continued positive reinforcement and guidance, he's sure to continue making progress.
