Millie

Millie is a sweet, social, and playful Shih Tzu mix who came to us in 2022 with what appeared to be a spinal injury. Her severe matting was causing nerve damage, affecting her rear legs and potty control. After receiving proper care, Millie is doing much better! She is mobile and active, though she hops with her back legs and cannot wag her tail. She's currently enjoying life with other chihuahuas and loves to give kisses. Millie has a very sweet disposition and doesn't let any disability slow her down. She hasn't been tested with children but has shown no signs of intolerance and loves everyone. She just needs someone willing to accommodate her needs, and she'll return the kindness with abundant joy and love.

Millie loves everyone and hasn't shown any sensitivity or intolerance.

Ongoing Health

Millie will most likely always dribble and need assistance a couple of times a day to fully eliminate due to nerve damage.

Training & Support

Millie is generally well-behaved but may need some gentle guidance to help her with her continued health needs.
