Dump

Dump was found at a dump, literally inside a trash compactor! We're so relieved he was rescued before he could be hurt. He was initially very fearful and distrustful of humans, but thankfully, he has never shown any aggression. With the patience and love of his foster mom, Dump is slowly learning to trust and blossom. He enjoys car rides, is making great progress on leash training, and absolutely loves treats, taking them gently. Dump has so much love to give to the right person who can continue his journey of building confidence and trust.

Ideal Home

Dump is looking for a patient and understanding home that can continue to help him build confidence and trust.

Ongoing Health

Dump's adoption fee of $290 covers all vetting, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and any other medical care required while in rescue.

Training & Support

Dump is learning to walk on a leash and takes treats gently. He is making great progress but will benefit from continued positive reinforcement.

Transporation

Dump is located in the Tricountry Area. We only adopt locally within a 2-hour radius of this area, with potential exceptions made for seniors or hard-to-place dogs. We hold adoptions on Saturdays at varying locations; please check our homepage for this week's event details.
