Hi there, my name is Dune! I'm part of the Desert litter. My rescuers found me all by myself in the deserts of New Mexico, but don't worry, I would never desert you! I'm so grateful to be rescued because I'm a very affectionate pup who loves to be with my humans. My foster dad can't get enough of my cuddles, and my cute white face with chubby wrinkles is sure to melt your heart! I'm working on my potty training and getting better every day. I do well in my kennel during the day and sleep soundly through the night with my foster dad. I'm also learning to sit and stay, and I have a healthy appetite! I really enjoy chewing on toys, bones, socks, and hats – pretty much anything I can get my mouth on, so please keep an eye on your belongings! I'm also working on my house manners, specifically learning about boundaries as I can be a bit in-your-face, and I'm learning not to jump on counters or people. I haven't met any little humans yet, but as a puppy, I love everyone! I have two doggie foster brothers, one is 1 year old and the other is 10 years old, and both are Pitbulls. I have a great time playing with my younger foster brother, but I'm still learning how to interact with my older one as he's not as playful. I might do best in a home with another young dog or as a solo pup. I haven't met any cats yet, but my playful nature makes me think I'd get along with them just fine. I'm a very good boy looking for a family who wants a playful, energetic pup to love as much as I'll love them. With patience and training, I know I'll be the perfect family dog!
