Meet Tilly, a compact ray of sunshine with a smile that can brighten anyone’s day! This adorable American Staffy mix, weighing in at 38.8lbs and estimated to be born around May 4, 2024, has a short and stout build paired with an even bigger personality. Tilly’s happy spirit shines through from the moment you meet her. She greets everyone with a wiggly body, fast wagging tail, and endless affection. She absolutely loves going for walks and enjoys exploring the world by your side. While she can get a little excited at times on leash, she responds well and is eager to please. Tilly’s story almost ended far too soon when she found herself on the euthanasia list at a local shelter. Thankfully, Sunnyside Street Dogs stepped in and gave her the second chance she deserved. Despite everything she’s been through, Tilly has remained incredibly loving, social, and full of joyful energy. This sweet girl is treat motivated, eager to learn, and responds wonderfully to redirection, making her a great candidate for continued training. She appears to be potty trained, settles nicely in her kennel, and knows how to relax once playtime is over. Tilly is the perfect combination of playful companion and cuddle buddy. Whether she’s making you laugh with her goofy personality, joining you on walks, or curling up beside you for snuggles, Tilly is ready to fill a lucky home with love, happiness, and loyalty.

Tilly is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included in the adoption fee and is available to nearby towns or states, as well as Eastern states weekly and Western states bi-weekly or monthly. You will be able to track the transport van using the Life360 app and receive updates.
