Toasty has a gentle soul and a calm, affectionate nature that makes people fall for her almost instantly. She’s not demanding; she'll simply lean her squishy body into you and quietly ask for some love like the polite princess she is. With her beautiful golden eyes, adorable chunky build, and perfect snuggling physique, Toasty is impossible not to adore. At around 2 years old and 62 pounds, she's built for cuddling and is affectionately called our "little sausage" because she's short, squishy, and perfect for snuggling on the couch. Toasty recently enjoyed an adventure where she proved to be an incredible companion, riding beautifully in the car and walking with a calm demeanor and a happy tail wag. She's the perfect partner for leisurely walks, easy hikes, exploring local parks, or simply enjoying time outdoors.

Toasty is looking for family movie nights, slow morning walks, sunny afternoons on the porch, car rides, and people to love with her whole heart. She would do best with another calm, relaxed dog that enjoys lounging around the house, but she would also be happy as an only dog, soaking up all the attention as your one-and-only girl.

Toasty is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up locations in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). An $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
