Maggie

Maggie is a sweet girl who has overcome a lot. She was homeless for a long time and had her puppies in the woods before she was finally brought to safety. Adjusting to indoor life has been a big change, and it's taken her a few months to start trusting her people. She absolutely adores other dogs and gets adorably excited for mealtime! While new people can be a little intimidating for her, Maggie always remains gentle and sweet, even when she's unsure. With patience and love, she truly blossoms.

Ideal Home

Maggie needs a very patient and understanding family who will continue to help her grow more confident. She would thrive in a quiet home with fewer people and not a lot of activity, where she can feel safe and continue building her trust.

Ongoing Health

Maggie is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines. She is currently undergoing heartworm treatment.

Training & Support

Maggie is still learning to trust and gain confidence. Continuing to provide a safe and predictable environment will be key to her success.

Transportation

Maggie is located in Little Rock, Arkansas and can only be adopted within the state. Adopters outside of Arkansas must be willing to travel to Arkansas to pick her up. No transport is available.
