Diggs is a handsome 4-year-old Black Mouth Cur with a unique, multi-colored face and a heart full of affection. He can be a bit shy in new places at first, but with patience and a consistent routine, he blossoms into a loyal and loving companion. Diggs has been working hard on his separation anxiety and has made fantastic progress, becoming more confident and independent. He also benefits from medication, guided by his veterinarian, which helps him relax and learn. Diggs thrives on structure and positive reinforcement, so continuing his routine will be key to his happiness.

Ideal Home

Diggs is an athletic boy who needs a tall, secure, fenced yard to safely explore and expend his energy. He's looking for a calm household with adult humans who can provide him with companionship, guidance, and plenty of love. While he currently lives with another dog, he would do best as the only canine in the home, allowing him to focus all his energy on his people.

Ongoing Health

Diggs is currently managing separation anxiety and has been successful with medication and training.

Diggs is already potty-trained and is highly motivated by food, making training enjoyable. He benefits greatly from routine and positive reinforcement.
