Lester

Lester is a handsome young boy who arrived at Hearts United for Animals from a high-intake shelter in Texas. He's been with us since May 23, 2020, and we're so grateful he was saved. Lester is a loving, smart, loyal, devoted, playful, and happy dog who absolutely adores people. When his favorite volunteers visit, his joy is boundless! He's a fantastic hugger and, best of all, he's not a jumper. Lester is a wonderful leash walker and loves to explore the yard, always making sure to check in with his humans. After his adventures, he'll sit patiently, ready for his next activity. His greatest happiness comes from spending time with people. While he's very people-focused, he doesn't necessarily enjoy the company of other dogs. Lester will greet his family with pure delight and gratitude every time they return home. He's a leaner and a lover, and he's sure to be cherished by his lucky forever family.

Ideal Home

Lester thrives on human companionship and needs a home where he can be the center of attention. He does not do well with other dogs and needs to be the only canine in the household.

Lester is neutered and vaccinated.
