Laverne is a sweet female, medium-sized Shepherd/Terrier mix who is estimated to be around 7 years old. She was found running along the side of the road with her sister, Shirley. They were so excited to see a truck stop that they bounded into it with no hesitation! Laverne would be devastated if she had to leave her sister Shirley behind, and when they go for walks separately, Laverne is constantly looking back for her. Laverne loves all the attention she can get, and even when Shirley is getting more than her, Laverne makes sure to put herself in the middle of the pats so she gets them all. She is hoping for a family that will take both her and her sister, as they would love to sit and watch TV with you or go for long walks.
