Tank

Tank is a sweet, though initially cautious, 1.5-year-old male Pit-German Shepherd mix with a dash of Bullmastiff. He weighs around 65lbs and knows most basic commands. Tank was an owner surrender and is eager to please, especially when motivated by treats! He is crate trained and looking for a loving family.

Ideal Home

Tank would do well with children, as he adored the 4-year-old in his previous home. While he means no harm, he might accidentally knock over small children due to his size. He has not been socialized with other animals, but his previous interactions suggest he might do well with another friendly and confident dog after a proper introduction. His reaction to cats is unknown.

Ongoing Health

Tank is already neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Tank will need leash training as he pulls very hard and requires someone strong enough to handle him. He is not yet potty trained, as he was mostly an outside dog in his previous home. His intelligence and eagerness to please, combined with his food motivation, will be great assets in his training journey.
