He's quite vocal about his needs, whether it's dinner time or cuddle time. Rascal is a smart boy who thrives on positive reinforcement and tasty treats, making training sessions exciting. He enjoys playing with his littermate and his foster siblings, both canine and feline, before settling down for a nap. Rascal has a huge heart, an even bigger personality, and is eager to share his love with a forever family who will help him grow and teach him new things.
