Once corrected, he checks in nicely and walks more calmly. With other dogs, he's still learning boundaries and can be a bit pushy, but he responds well to clear corrections and guidance from both people and other well-balanced dogs. He has shown promising signs with cats, approaching with curiosity and then disengaging, and even acted like a perfect gentleman with the resident house cat. A "Kitty Committee Sleepover" can be arranged for a more thorough assessment if you have cats.

Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
