Meet Ellie May, a four-year-old Heeler mix who is ready to be your shadow, protector, and most devoted companion! Ellie is incredibly loyal and thrives when she's by her person's side. She'll follow you around the house, stay close, and loves to snuggle up in bed at night. She's also protective of her loved ones, and may take a few months to warm up to new faces, but with treats and patience, she'll welcome them into the pack. Once you're in Ellie's circle, you're in forever!

Ideal Home

Ellie May is great with kids, cats, and other dogs. She absolutely must go to a home with another friendly dog, as she has grown up around canine companionship and truly depends on it. A securely fenced backyard (at least 6 feet tall) is a must for Ellie to safely run, play, and get her zoomies out, as she is full of energy and zooms from room to room!

Ellie May has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Ellie May is house-trained and loves to be inside with the family. She is looking for a home that will include her in daily life, with plenty of walks, cuddles, and playtime.
