A little about them

Buddy is a loyal, playful companion who enjoys walks, car rides, toys, playtime with dogs, and curling up beside his people. He loves zooming around a fenced yard, lounging in the grass, and watching birds. In the evening, he is happy to snuggle next to or on his foster mom’s lap.

Ideal Home

Buddy is friendly with dogs and cats and would do best with older, respectful children. A secure fenced-in yard would be ideal. His family should understand that he is still getting used to neighborhood sounds and is not a fan of lawnmowers.

Ongoing Health

Buddy has early arthritis in his front leg from an old injury. His family should help him maintain a healthy weight, provide a joint supplement, and balance activity with rest to keep him comfortable and happy.

Training & Support

Buddy is house trained and crate trained. He is working on leash walking and on not jumping when greeting people. He enjoys bringing a toy or bone outside.
