Hugo is an approximately 2-year-old, 23-pound male with a happy, fun-loving personality. After thriving in foster homes, he is ready to find a family of his own.

Ideal Home

Hugo has done very well with other dogs, enjoys playtime, and respects their boundaries. He was gentle and respectful with a cat in foster care, though introductions to new cats should be thoughtful. He has not yet met children, and a home without toddlers is preferred because he may accidentally bump them. Hugo enjoys being included in family activities and has an energy level of 4–6.

Ongoing Health

• Current on annual vaccinations
• Microchipped
• Neutered

Hugo knows “sit,” “down,” “come,” and “leave it,” accepts friendly strangers without jumping, and did well in his crate with a bed and blanket. His potty manners were great in his first foster home. His adoption includes access to Mostly Mutts’ free lifetime training classes.
