Surf

Surf is a sweet, affectionate boy who loves treats, toys, and spending time with his people. He already knows "sit," "paw," and "down," and is eager to show off his skills for a tasty reward. He usually takes treats gently, though he can get a little sharky when he's extra excited. This handsome guy loves attention and enjoys pets all over. Surf is very tolerant of handling and allows full-body touch, including having his paws, ears, and tail handled. Surf has an enthusiastic personality, and when he gets excited, he doesn't always realize his size and may barrel into handlers or jump up to say hello. He would benefit from continued work on his manners.

Ideal Home

Surf would do best with an older, laid-back dog who is comfortable coexisting and doesn't mind giving him his space.

Ongoing Health

Surf is current on shots, licensed, and microchipped. All dogs over 6 months have been heartworm tested. All dogs are treated monthly for fleas/ticks and are on Heartworm prevention (NexGard PLUS). All pets are spayed/neutered prior to a finalized adoption.

Training & Support

Surf has an enthusiastic personality and would benefit from continued work on his manners, as he can sometimes barrel into handlers or jump up when excited.
