Latte is a delightful 1-year-old, spayed female Staffordshire Terrier/Retriever mix, weighing in at about 52 pounds. She's a bundle of energy and affection, eager to please and motivated by treats! Latte already knows "sit" and "down," and she's working hard on her leash manners. She can be a bit nervous in new environments, but with a little confidence-building, she's learning to explore the world with her foster mom. She's friendly on walks and doesn't react to people or other dogs passing by. Latte has made wonderful progress since arriving in rescue, blossoming with structure and positive reinforcement. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has even been gentle around small children and babies.
Ideal Home
Latte is a high-energy girl who would thrive in an active home that can provide plenty of physical exercise and ongoing training. She would absolutely love a canine playmate who enjoys romping and playing, as she can get quite excited around new doggy friends. If she's the only dog in the home, she'll need daily exercise and enrichment to keep her happy and fulfilled.

Training & Support
Latte is house-trained and does well in her crate for up to four hours. She doesn't seem to have any separation anxiety and is comfortable entering and exiting her crate. She is continuing to work on her leash manners and confidence in new environments.
