Whiskey

Whiskey is a sweet, shy, scruffy Terrier mix who is about one year old and weighs 12 pounds. He came to us from a local shelter and was clearly an outdoor dog, as his coat was stained with red clay. Whiskey has spent the last few weeks in a foster home where he is steadily gaining confidence and now readily approaches his foster mom seeking attention and affection. He gets along well with other dogs and cats. He is crate-trained and doing well learning how to walk on a leash. This timid boy will require patience as he builds rapport and trust, but the payoff will be worth the wait!

Ideal Home

Whiskey would do well in a home with other dogs and cats. He will require patience from his new family as he continues to build confidence.

Ongoing Health

Whiskey is fully vetted, including being neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations and deworming.

Training & Support

Whiskey is crate-trained and is doing well learning to walk on a leash. He will require patience as he builds trust and rapport.
