Ellie is fully vetted. Her adoption fee includes microchip registration, DHPP, Bordetella, and Leptospirosis vaccines, a rabies vaccine, a 4DX heartworm test (if over 7 months), spay/neuter surgery, and general wellness care including deworming, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick prevention.

Training & Support

Ellie is potty trained and crate trained, though she doesn't require crating.

Transporation

This dog is currently located in Chicago's southwest suburbs and can be seen by appointment once an adoption application is completed and approved by the rescue. We cannot hold dogs for any reason and ask that you be ready to welcome a new companion into your home within five days of approval.
