This smiley lady is Iris! Iris is a 6-year-old, approximately 95-pound Flat-Coated Retriever mix who arrived at the shelter as a stray. She's now looking for her new place to call home and is very people-friendly.

Ideal Home

Iris was a little too interested in cats, so we are recommending she go to a home without small critters to help set her up for success. We do not know if she has experience around children.

Ongoing Health

Iris was seen by the shelter vet due to an upset stomach and sensitive ears. She has been started on the appropriate treatment plan and cleared for adoption!

Training & Support

Please ensure you are making appropriate introductions with new animals to help set her up for success. We encourage her next owner to bring her to a basic obedience class to continue working on her manners.
