Gunner is a goofy, happy black-and-tan hound mix who loves people, petting, toys, treats, and playing with other dogs. He enjoys relaxing indoors on the couch in the air conditioning and was rescued from a rural small-town dog pound.

Ideal Home

Gunner is affectionate and enjoys human attention and canine companionship. As a typical hound, he may bark at squirrels, people, dogs, and cats he sees, counter-surf, and get into unsecured garbage cabinets.

Ongoing Health

Gunner is neutered, tattooed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated against DAPPvL2, Bordetella, and rabies. He has been treated for heartworms, is currently heartworm-negative, and receives monthly heartworm and flea prevention.

Training & Support

Gunner is crate-trained and enters his crate when told. He comes when called, sits for treats, walks on a leash, rides well in a vehicle, and is comfortable with baths.
