Lilly

Meet Lilly, a sweet and gentle Beagle/Hound mix who is just over a year old and weighs around 28 lbs. Lilly came to us a few months ago with her sisters after being rescued from a hoarding situation. She's currently learning to become a dog and is making great strides in her foster home! Lilly absolutely loves to play with other dogs and really thrives in their company, preferring their playful energy over human interaction.

Ideal Home

Lilly would do best in a calm environment that isn't overly hectic. A secure, above-ground fenced yard is a must for her, as she loves being outdoors. She is not suited for apartment or condo living due to her tendency to bark. Experience with Beagle or Hound breeds would be a big plus! While she might be okay with older children (12+), her preference is for a home with at least one other dog to be her companion.

Ongoing Health

Lilly is fully vetted, up to date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative. She is currently on year-round heartworm prevention. She has also been spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

Lilly is working on her social skills and learning how to be a dog. She enjoys playing with other dogs and is learning to navigate her environment with their guidance. Patience and compassion will be key in helping her continue to blossom.
