Tinsley

Meet Tinsley! This little lady is pure sunshine and happiness. She came into our care with her mom, who was rescued from a hoarding situation involving over 100 dogs. Sadly, Tinsley's littermate faced significant health challenges and didn't survive. Tinsley herself has some unique learning differences, which make certain things a bit more challenging for her. While she's a champion at using pee pads (about 95% of the time!), house-training for #2 has been a hurdle she just can't seem to clear, despite our best efforts. We like to think of Tinsley as having a special kind of magic – she can learn, but some things are just trickier. What's not tricky is her incredible capacity for love! She's never met a stranger and greets everyone with joy, showing absolutely no aggression.

Ideal Home

Tinsley would love a home where she can receive plenty of affection and cuddle time. She enjoys being a lap dog!

Ongoing Health

Tinsley has a sensitive stomach and is currently on a specialized diet. She also has bilateral luxating patellas, which may require surgery in the future. She has difficulty with certain stairs and cannot jump on furniture.

Training & Support

Tinsley struggles with house training for bowel movements and will need a patient adopter who can continue to work with her or manage this need.
