Happy

Happy is the sweetest boy, a young male Cattle Dog mix who is medium-sized with short, tan and black fur. He was pulled at the last minute when he was about to be euthanized. Happy proved to be kid, cat, dog, and people-friendly. He was fostered to adopt, but unfortunately, the person who adopted him misrepresented themselves, and Happy suffered. He was brought to the person as a perfect little man, but when he was brought back, he didn't even know his name. We believe the person left him on his own in the backyard, which is totally against our rescue regulations. To add insult to injury, the person even kept Happy's toys and gift box filled with starter supplies.

Happy is now in foster care and loves going to the beach. Reunion Rescue has provided him with new halters, collars, a leash, and toys. We are looking for a great loving home where Happy can learn to be happy again. He deserves so much more than he had at his former placement. Help us undo the wrong placement and help put a smile back on Happy's little face!

Happy has no known health conditions and has been spayed/neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Happy did not know his name when he was returned to us, suggesting he was left to himself. We are looking for a home that can provide him with stability and consistent training to help him regain confidence.
