Meet Bowie – The Energetic and Loving Shepherd/Husky Mix! Bowie is an energetic and independent guy who’s ready to find an active family to give him the direction he needs. He came to us after being found running loose in a neighborhood, hungry and neglected. Now, he’s looking for a family who can provide the training, attention, and love that will help him shine as the wonderful companion he can be! He is fully crate-trained, house-trained, and leash-trained! Bowie is sweet, loving, and attention-seeking and will make a great companion once he’s given some guidance. He has no special medical needs and is up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives. Bowie has great potential with the right training and will thrive in a home where someone is committed to helping him channel his energy.

Ideal Home

An active family who enjoys outdoor activities and can give Bowie the structure he needs. Someone experienced with training or willing to invest the time to make Bowie the best he can be. Slow introductions to other dogs are recommended; no cats.

Ongoing Health

No special medical needs. Up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives.

Training & Support

Fully crate-trained, house-trained, and leash-trained. Bowie needs a family committed to helping him channel his energy and providing direction.
