She would be happiest right there with you, whether you're hosting guests or having a quiet day at home. She would make an amazing adventure buddy, and would thrive in a home with a backyard where she can stretch her legs and hang out alongside you. Apartment living won't be a good fit for her.

Training & Support
Tamera is a smart girl who is treat motivated and eager to please. She already knows many tricks including sit, down, shake, spin, roll over, and speak! She walks fairly nicely on a leash and may pull occasionally out of excitement, but she responds well to gentle reminders and is easy to refocus. She is also comfortable tandem walking with other dogs. Tamera is crate trained and potty trained! With consistency and a few treats, any additional training will be a fun and rewarding experience for both of you.

Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
